I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided to my elderly parents during our stay at this wonderful hotel. the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, showing genuine care and concern. the ironing facilities in the room were a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more convenient. the heating was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our visit. the sitting area in our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a lovely spot to relax after a day of exploring the nearby dining options. the free toiletries provided were a luxurious touch, and the electric kettle made it easy to enjoy a warm cup of tea. the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the overall comfort and modern feel of the room. Overall, our experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable stay in the area.
